Arrival & Documentation
- Upon arrival at Trapani Airport, please have the following ready:
- Passport
- Firearms / ammunition documentation (where applicable)
- Invitation letter & Self declaration form
- When leaving Trapani at the end of your stay, please ensure you have 3 x copies (of the Italian version) of the Procedure for the Transport of Firearms and/or ammunition accompanying passengers
- At the Rifle Range, all participants will receive their ESI Week badge during training days
- Those who do not have training day slots booked, may still visit on site or can collect their badge at Welcome drinks (explained further down)

ESI Week Badge
- Please always carry your badge on you
- This will include the following depending on your entries:
- Training slots
- Match (Light or Heavy Class)
- Confirmed Dinner selection(s)
- Other online purchases: Lounge access, Polo-shirt, Personalised Video
- Your pre-paid ESI Polo-shirt will be provided to you onsite
- Additional Polo-shirts & access to the ESI Lounge can also be purchased on site
Lounge Pass (5-Day)
- Includes:
- Water & Coffee
- Daily Sicilian snacks
- Comfortable seating
- Access to a sheltered lounge area
- Show your pass to the Bar to enjoy your refreshments
🍽️ Bar & Grill
- Onsite drinks & snacks will be available for purchase
- Non-alcoholic beverages will only be available due to security purposes
- Credit card payments will be accepted

Match Schedule
- Dates, times & slots: ESI Light Class & Heavy Class Match Schedule
- Heavy Class Match will commence on Wednesday 8th October
- Please arrive at least 1 hour before your allocated time
- The first line up starts at 10:53am with 10 mins per shooter
- Light Class Matches will commence on Thursday 9th to Saturday 10th October
- The first line up starts at 08:08am with 10 mins per shooter
🔒 Match Rules
- All participants must follow the official match rules which can be found here: Program ESI 2025
- All participants and spectators on site must act responsibly and follow the safety rules whilst on site
- ESI is not responsible for any lost items
🏆 Finals Firing Point
- Finals will commence on Sunday 12th October at 08:00am starting with Light Class. Heavy Class will follow at 12:30pm

- ESI Trophy ceremony will be presented straight after the Finals

- This is exclusive for participants & their guests with purchased tickets

Sunday, 12th October – Finals Dinner
